Email is the number one way in which ransomware makes its way into companies. We provide advanced anti-phishing and anti-spam solutions which greatly reduce the amount of phishing emails that end up being delivered to mailboxes. This augments Microsoft 365’s built-in filtering service which doesn’t always do a great job by itself. Blocking phishing emails from ever reaching inboxes protects your employees from falling prey to these attacks. Emails that are suspected of being spam or phishing are augmented with banners that provide staff with warnings so they can take further actions to evaluate and report phishing and spam. Once reported, these emails are removed from inboxes company-wide.
